ILLIT to Sing New Japanese Anime Opening

ILLIT will release "Swingin' Magic" on Sept. 21 as a Japanese anime theme song.

The group performs the opening theme for season two of "Magical Sisters Lulutolily," following "Bubee" in season one. A Korean version drops on the same day.

Built around a New Jack Swing groove, the track pairs rhythmic production with ILLIT's vocals to evoke a dreamlike world.

The release adds to ILLIT's Japanese soundtrack credits, which include "Pokémon: Mega Voltage," "Tis Time for 'Torture,' Princess," and "It Takes More Than a Pretty Face to Fall in Love."

ILLIT starts their "PRESS START♥︎" encore concerts in Incheon on Oct. 17 and 18 before heading to Japan in December.
